Yellow, toothed flower - white/silver foliage

    I found this flower growing in a neighbor's yard in Southern California. It appears to be an annual of some sort, but I've been wracking my brain for a couple of days looking to ID it. The flower reminds me a lot of a Madia, but the plant is all wrong. Anyone know what this guy might be?

    Dang it! Of course I found it after posting here. It's a Baileya pleniradiata.
