Yellow flowering (weed?) growing out of the cracks in my office

    I am hoping that someone can help identify this plant that is growing out of the cracks in my office building. It comes back each year and this year we just let it grow to see what would happen. It looks as though it is a weed but I am curious to know what it's proper name is.
