Definitely Daphne mezereum! A very poisonous plant! Easy to come across in my part of the woods. I often come across Daphne lareola and occasionally close by Daphne mezereum. In fact I have ordered both of these plants for my Poisonous plants garden. I never collect these plants because they are protected!
