In The Garden: White flowers on Ecuador's coast

Hi folks,

A friend has forwarded this to me, and it's so familiar it's making my brain ache. Can you help me with an ID? It apparently has no scent, and the blooms last only a day or so leaving behind a simple seed pod filled with tiny black seeds similar in size and shape to poppyseed.
