What the heck is this flower??

Is this a weed flower or wild flower?

 

Mustard or Oilseed Rape or similar.

I'd say Mustard over Oilseed Rape/Canola. The former is usually pale-flowered, while Canola/Rape is yellow like artificially-coloured-butter-substitute. I'd say a bird likely brought it to you.

Hard to see the flowers, but the upper leaves appear to be clasping.

 

yup. thanx guys. more studying and it looks to be the wild mustard... I think it got there from my bird feeder last year..
