What plant is this?

    Found this while camping in Golden Ears Provincial Park - a car had turned around on an embankment and uprooted this little guy. There was a similar, much larger plant growing next to it, though I don’t have a picture. Love the colour and whorled leaves, very curious as to what it is! Thank you for your help!

    To me, it looks like a Rattlesnake Plantain (Goodyera oblongifolia) without the usual transverse white stripes.

    These are comparatively easy in cultivation

    Easy only if the necessary mycorrhizal fungus is present in the soil. Otherwise, a huge disappointment!
