    Hello,
This plant/shrub is located in my front yard and I would like to relocate it to the backyard but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone here identify it? If so, will it tolerate FULL afternoon sun in the backyard??

    Thanks,
    nzabko

Oleander (Nerium oleander), needs FULL sun for best flowering.

Also, given that it is Oleander, it's extremely toxic and it pays to be cautious around it. Wear gloves if you're going to prune it. More information here. Beautiful flowers, though.

Thanks HTH Chris. This sounds markedly like the fate of two other Oleanders within one of our beds. We trashed them and could only save (and transplant) the one you see pictured in this posting. We live in SE Georgia.
