What oak ?

    Hi,
    This oak I am growing should have been Quercus muehlenbergii.
    But it does not look like that.
    What species of oak may it be ?

    Buish shade of green and leaf bases anyway like Q. robur

    Yes, it looks like Robur.
    Does it happen that on an oak sapling, the leaves do not look like what they will be when the tree is more mature ?

    Ditto to Pedunculate Oak Quercus robur - perhaps planted by a Jay in the pot with the intended oak failing to germinate?
