what kind of tree is this

    where i work at there is this tree. It just started blooming. I know he has plums trees planted on both sides of this but they are pretty sad looking.

    i forgot to say that the leaves look like velvet and are really soft. Dont know of that will help or not.

    It is difficult to tell from the photos, but from what I can see, it is a fruit tree, possibly an Asian pear or some variety of crab apple??

    i was looking at photos and it looks like a crab apple but i cant tell. Sorry for the poor photos. I took them om my phone.

    Sorry, no, not a Peach - they have long narrow glossy green leaves.
