I am pretty new at flowers and plants so please help me!!! I planted some calla lilies and i also planted this type of lily my sister gave my mother while she was going through cancer, but im not sure what type it is.... please help me identify so I know.... thx!!!
Botanically Hippeastrum. Amaryllis is the common name for this plant and the genus name for Amaryllis belladonna. A similar example is geranium, the common name for Pelargonium and the genus name for the cranesbills (Geranium).
