    HI,
I think (maybe) that this is an Acer but have no idea what sort. it has very light almost white bark. The emerging buds are yellow. It has a main trunk but has an amazing amount of side branches from the base to the crown (should I be removing the ones at the base?).

Thx for your help with this,

Probably Acer negundo 'Kelly's Gold'. Will be easier to tell when leaves are developed.
