What is this seed?

    My friend gave me some seeds from a local plant club exhibition (in Burnaby), but he didn't ask what these seeds are, and I'm just a beginner so I cannot identify those either. Can you tell me what those seeds are so I can try to find the best suitable conditions to plant them? Thanks in advance!

    its a tulip bulb. planted usually in fall and needs a long cold chilling to make it flower
