What is this flower?

    I was out walking today and was attracted to this flower that I have never seen before. I took a picture of it with my cell phone camera and would like to know what it is called. Thank you!

    EDIT: Sorry I put this in the wrong forum...I'm trying to fix it and can't figure out how (I'm new).
