Dutch iris is a common common name for the iris in the bouquet, which does grow from a bulb. (NB: "Common" is repeated intentionally there!)
Glancing at their website, it's rather mysterious how the American Iris Society deals with bulb-type irises, but I suppose perhaps they are under "species" irises?
