Blue flowerets at the bottom open first. Is there a way I can post a picture of it?

Most do that. Some common blue bulbs are Chionodoxa, Hyacinthoides, Muscari and Scilla.

A blue-flowered bulb native to western North America and seen growing both naturally and in cultivation here is Camassia.

Ditto to Portuguese Squill Scilla peruviana.

As an aside, this is native to Spain & Portugal, not Peru as one might expect from the scientific name - the name is because the specimens given to Linnaeus were sent to him on a ship called the 'Peru'.
