What is this and is it poisonous to dogs?

    Looks like Eriobotrya japonica, loquat. The seeds are very toxic, but the fruit is edible. The plants you have look to be burned by the sun or something. You may just want to remove the fruit.

    Agree with Loquat.

    The fruit is edible; while the seed is poisonous, it is very unlikely to cause poisoning, normally it would pass through the gut unaffected (that's how the seed is dispersed in the wild by fruit-eating animals).
