    Hello experts.
these are growing on an empty lot.
the ornamental grass? is about a foot high.
the other is about 2ft high.
what are they and are they a problem?
    thanks all
    keep safe

Are you able to revisit these? Can you check if the leaves on the second are rounded? Most look like that to me, meaning it is a Juncus or rush. Not a concern (there are some bladed leaves there, but I think that belongs to something that is growing within the clump.

The first could be some sort of willow perhaps -- if so, still not a problem.

(by the way, what do you mean by problem? Likely to invade local ecosystems? Likely to be aggressive and cross into neighbouring yards?)
