Weird vine with berries

    There are a couple things going on here. One is main plant with the fruit held upright -- do you recall what the flowers looked like?

    Secondly, there are the growths on the leaves. These are galls. Aberrant growth, I suppose, induced by something disrupting the plant's hormones (usually an insect larvae, but not always). Usually, if we can identify the gall (and what produces it), we can identify the plant -- since gall shapes tend to look similar in how they affect the plant. But I'm not having any luck figuring out what these are, so it may be better to figure out plant first, then figure out what galls might be found on it.

    Something like Celtis australis? That fits with the galls. Maybe the original poster can post a photo of the whole plant.
