Weed?

Here is another plant that popped up in my garden. I can't decide if it is a weed, herb, or flower. I put my foot in the picture so you could judge the size. If noone knows this plant, I will just let it grow. Thanks, Leeta

 

Looks most like Plantago major to me (a common weed, native here but widely introduced throughout the world). That's not 100% certain, though.

 

I think this will turn out to be a Rudbeckia if left to develop.

 

This also resembles the leaf of my echinacea, purple coneflower.
