Perhaps a Nightshade, member of the Solanaceae.

Either Solanum americanum (American Black Nightshade) or Solanum nigrum (European Black Nightshade) - the two are very similar, and treated as synonymous by some authors. The former is native in North America, the latter native to Europe but an invasive weed in North America.
