Volunteer ID, Again

    Sorry but it appears that my attachments did not go along with my post at first attempt.

    This volunteer which came up beside our deck could have been from a seed dropped from a bird feeder. Small yellow flowers a top, long curved seed pods, about 40 inches tall and each pair of leaves fold together at night. Anyone know what it is?
