Sorry but it appears that my attachments did not go along with my post at first attempt. This volunteer which came up beside our deck could have been from a seed dropped from a bird feeder. Small yellow flowers a top, long curved seed pods, about 40 inches tall and each pair of leaves fold together at night. Anyone know what it is? Thanks, Rudy Shenandoah Valley, western Virginia, USA
