There is a neglected courtyard at my work that I have strated trying to revive. There are about 3 or 4 types of vines. I have one identified (Ivy) but the others are a mystery to me. I have included pictures for easier id'ing.
Vine 1 has lobed leaves-the bottom 2 lobes are so deep they look almost like leaflets. It has small bitter-smelling red berries. Also the leaves have sparse hairs. This vine is an opportunistic climber and is climbing through the bushes and the fence.
Vine 2 has palmate veined leaves which are 3 with three leaflets. The stems are purple. Leaves are shiney-old leaves medium green 3-4", new light green 1" and lighlty haired(picture).
Vine 3 is a creeper. Moderately hairy leaves. 5 palmate lobed leaves per stem. longest leaflet is 2" long.

I took these pictures a week ago so I don't know if the two without berries flower or not.

Bittersweet Nightshade and Traveller's Joy, both pest species in this region. The clematis may produce a copious draping growth that covers trees on some sites.
