In The Garden: Very odd Leaf

I planted some seeds in a planter outside. Plants are coming up and I forget what I planted. Each leaf is one plant. I am in zone 4.

Thank you. I was told that by friends but couldn't see the similarity in the leaves. Now that a second set of leaves is coming I can see it. The first set are very different. cheers
