Unknown Shrub

    My mother in law sent me this picture in hope I could help her identify it. It is a shrubby tree like bush she has had in her yard for years. The flowers are white when in full bloom, right now, the picture she sent doesn't show alot but I hope someone is familliar with this and can help.

    Thank you dkg 091065 for the new picture.It is now very obvious that it is Chionanthus. Common name Fringe tree.
