Aloha, The plant in the fourth picture is the fruit of Bixa orellana, Achiote. Wikipedia has a good article on it. This first picture might be a species of Mussaenda.
http://bio.fiu.edu/trees/sp_pages/Mussaenda_frondosa.html #3 could possibly be Lagerstroemia speciosa, Queen's crape myrtle. It's the right color, even if the inflorescences don't project beyond the crown. They're flowering here.
