Unknown Herbaceous

    Another plant I am unable to match with the bed plant list. It looks like a cloud or foam as you approach from a distance.

    With its curled flower stems the first one might be a borage family plant. The second picture looks to be showing something else, some kind of shrub.

    With those woody stems in shot 2 it looks more shrubby than herbaceous. A Pomaderris of some sort, perhaps?

    Bystropogon, probably B. origanifolius. A small genus of subshrubs from the Canary Is, family Lamiaceae.

    On another look - definitely some woody stems. Found Bystropogon origanifolius and B. canariensis in other beds - good match; thank you Tony
