Could someone please help me ID this weedy grass. I find it in KY and it is definitly a cool season. I am thinking maybe annual bluegrass? Thanks. I ID'd this grass on my own, it is panic grass.

That must be it. I thought the stem was not woody enough to be a tree, but the leaves are just too similar for it to be anything else. Thank you very much Ron B.
Back to your grass ID question, try this AgCanada site: www.agr.gc.ca/cal/epub/762e/7620002_e.html You need actively growing grass for best results. It may look like more detail than you ever thought possible for "just grass" but it's easier than it first seems. Ralph
