    Your Heavenly bamboo, (Nandina domestica) is amazing, have never seen it set fruit in Vancouver.

    This plant is growing on my University campus in Southern California, so the climate is somewhat warmer :)

    Some specimens do also fruit in Seattle.

    Yes your right, they do in Vancouver too. I was mistaken. The blooms are feathery white, and then fruit set. This winter however has been devastating for the border zone semi tropical like plants in the BC Pacific North East.
