Unidentified berry plant

    Hello Experts,

    Location: Fremont, California, USA.
    I have recently moved here and found this plant growing in the patio.
    Can you please help in identifying this plant.

    It has grown small white flowers > green berries > dark purple berries.
    When I open the berry, it has many small brownish seeds.

    I have attached pictures of leaf, unripe green berries, ripe purple berries, and a flower.
