These are two different trees on the front lawn in Western Pa. I'm unsure if both are native trees although both appear to be some type of Birch. The first has bark and catkins like a Paper Birch, but the leaves seem longer and more heart-shaped than other Paper Birches. Perhaps it is a Betula papyrifera and leaf shape can vary between individual specimens? The second one has waxy appearing leaves and hard brown colored berries.

First looks more like Gray Birch Betula populifolia.

Yes, the second is surely a Callery pear.

Thanks for your responses. Yes, I'm sure Gray Birch (Betula populifolia) and Callary Pear (Pyrus calleryana) are the species. I was stumped, but after looking up your answers, they match exactly. Everybody kept calling the first a paper birch, but I knew it couldn't be. Nobody knew what the second tree was. I've seen neither in the wild before.
