After 4 years, finally found this tree blooming - March in Mexico. Have had no luck with searches. The wind was very strong, so pix not the best, but the flowers are ramiflorus, red, coming out before the leaves. Any help greatly appreciated.

Happened across another tree when walking this evening - folks sitting across from the tree knew what it was - in Mexico, 'Ciruela', Spondias purpurea, Anacardiaceae.
