I have this tree growing in the middle of the fence. Has some funny looking berries (edible?) Don't worry I haven't eaten any. =)

White Mulberry Morus alba; an invasive alien species in Texas. The glossy leaves distinguish it from TX native Red Mulberry M. rubra (matt leaves).

The fruit are edible when ripe (dark purple), though rather bland, not as tasty as other mulberries.
