    To expand a bit on what Ron said....
    Chamaedorea elegans
    Alsophila cooperi (Sphaeropteris cooperi),I believe.

    What about Chamaedorea seifrizii??
    The flowers/seeds in the second photo would be consistent with C seifrizii as they are orange, C elegans are yellow, what do you guys reckon??
    I just can't seem to focus in enough on the orange thing in photo 2 to confirm

    Pics 3/4 look to be Cyathea Cooperii (Alsophila Australis, Sphaeropteris Cooperii, yadda, yadda, yadda). I saw these planted everywhere when I was in San Diego last July!
