The Forums vanish for weeks. Suddenly, they return. Have I overlooked an explanation of this most recent disappearance? Is this to be the pattern of the future?
I was away on medical leave. UBC IT server protection algorithms were tripped because this server was trying to communicate with a hostile domain to confirm a new registration email address. UBC IT shut down the server to the public and then restored it, all while I was absent.
