The mystery bush

Hello All,

I am located in the Mid Atlantic region of the states. I recently bought a new home and with it came a large bush that just came into bloom. The thing is so big I don't know if it is a bush or tree or what...was wondering if anybody could tell me what it is...the flowers themselves lay on the leaves...reminds me of a swag if I were to cut it off.....

it's a Viburnum plicatum (or a similar Viburnum sp.)
