I found this plant wile I was on vacation at the beach, James Island SC. The plant seems to grow in full sun, in somewhat sandy soil, It seems to tolerate salt (they were planted alongside a road going through a marsh). I saw it growing into tall bushes from 5-15 feet. It has clusters of small red flowers (about an inch in diameter). I ment to get a picture of the whole plant but didnt think of it at the time, and I am back from vacation so I cant get any more pictures of it.

As stated, the oleander shrub is Nerium oleander botanically.
