Strawberry with pink flowers. Are they original or cultivar?

Could also be another cultivar like ''Franor' or 'Gerald Straley', difficult to say for sure. Probably too red for ' Pink Panda'.
In any case, a popular ground cover and very easy to grow.

Are they ornamental or would be edible berries?

They are grown mostly as an ornamental ground cover, but it is ok to eat the berries, too. They are small, though, and less tasty than true strawberries.
