1. Rock Whitebeam (Sorbus rupicola)
2. Black elder (Sambucus nigra)
3. Weigela floribunda?

 

Try Escallonia for plant C

 

Yep, Escallonia floribunda for C.

 

#A is more likely one of the ornamental cultivars of Common Whitebeam Sorbus aria, rather than S. rupicola. But being at the UBC, there should be an accession number with details of its identity.
#B is a purple-leaf cultivar of Sambucus nigra.
#C agree Escallonia.

 

The Escallonia looks like 'Donard Seedling' with what is probably another Donard cultivar mixed with it. Either that or some kind of sporting of differently colored flowers is involved.
