Wildflowers: Small bush found in Arches National Park

During my vacation in the West of the US, if photographed a bush like, brownish flowering plant. Does someone knows the species?

I have two similar species from Hydrangeaceae:
Philadelphus microphyllus (2013.09.01_13.19.41_IMG_6169) and
Fendlera rupicola (2015.05.08_08.45.41_IMG_1942).
I have not seen them off season. So, it may be not a perfect match. In what month did you visit the Arches?

 

I visited Arches in August 2016.

 

OK, this would fit better - Coleogyne ramosissima (2014.05.02_08.15.48_IMG_7781).

 

That's him. looked on the internet and found one picture like mine, with the dried pettels.
