Shrub with clusters of small pink trumpet-shaped flowers

    This looks embarrassingly familiar, but I can't place it, and some people at my building want to know what it is. Leaves are not opposite, which rules out some possibilities I looked up. I can't get near it to know if it's fragrant.

    It's a very popular garden shrub around here, so (given the climate similarity to Vancouver) I'd expect you'll start seeing lots of it now you know it better.
