I took a look around but didn't see it: a sub-forum or thread in which members can post items they have to give away, or items they are seeking. For example, I presently have some small walnut trees, borage, lemon balm, mint, fig, and more that I can give away (i.e., seeds, clippings, pots, etc.) On the flip side, I am keeping my eyes open for hazelnut trees, apricot trees, bee balm, and a few other plants. (Yes, I could buy them directly from a local nursery, but I am open to swaps/trades/barters if anybody has too much of something and they'd like to trade.) I wonder if there'd be interest for a sub-forum dedicated to trading.
Pacific Northwest Plant Swaps and Meetups seems appropriate. One recent thread is looking to give away a hazelnut seedling.
