This deciduous shrub is growing in Victoria BC. Blooms in June later than most Ribes and is 6' tall. Odd that the flowers are semi-upright. Thanks for the help. d
Well, I said, who ever heard of Neillia, and how do these total unknows just show up? But I see that I posted one from UBCBG three years ago. I don't think I've seen it around town, though.
