    Hi all,

I recently found this wild flower in an area of clay on chalk soil. I haven't been able to identify it. Can anyone tell me what it is, please?

    Might be a Centaurea

I'd say most likely a Centaurea.

Thank you to all of you.

I had been advised that it probably wasn't a centaurea, but I believe you are right.
