Prolific self-seeder needs ID

    This is a plant that has popped up in my outside planter. It grew to about 2 1/2 feet tall last summer with small blue/purple flowers on the tips. Looks like, but isn't a lavender. Does anyone know what this is? There are seedlings all over my plants now.
