Please tell me what this is?

    I took this picture in Orlando, FL at Animal Kingdom. The tree has these beautiful hot pink blooms and I have scoured the internet but cannot find anything like it. Please someone; tell me what type of tree or flower it is.

    Start by comparing with Clerodendrum thomsoniae.

    Wow; what a quick response. From what I can tell so far, it just may be. Is that the scientific name or does it have a more common name?

    Botanical. Searching by that will give you targeted hits that will include common names for it.
