Please ID this plant

    I have this growing on the side of my house and would like to move it. It has lavender flowers in the spring on tall stalks. Does anyone know what it is and if it would do well in a partial shade location. It's currently on the west side of the house getting late afternoon sun and I would like to move it to the east side where it would get filtered morning sun. Thanks.

    Looks like a true [WIKI]geranium[/WIKI] of some sort - the fruiting heads in the upper left of the photo are difficult to see, but resemble cranesbill.

    Thank you. The flower in the photo in the attached article looks pretty much like mine.
