I suspect Malva or Lavatera, but with leaves only, suspect you won't get much further.

 

only know common name button weed and they will take over I see this one has seed pods or buds from pic#2

 

In Seattle area, would customarily be Malva neglecta.

Malva, very very invasive.
It's nice for a couple of years, and then POOF it's sprouting everywhere.

And after a couple of years, you need a very strong back and a pickaxe to even try to get it out! I'm still fighting it.
