Hi I am a brand new member here. I hope someone can help me ID this plant.
A near by restaurant has this plant growing. The owner is new and has no idea what it is. The leaves resemble geranium but the stems are woody like a shrub. The flower is about 5 or 6 inches across, the color is beautiful blue-purple with yelow orange center. The plant is about 6 ft tall. I am so in love with this and need to know what it is and where to get one of my own. I am living in Southern California. I look forward to hearing from everyone. Thank you so much. ~Ravennann

Check out members of the family Apocynaceae (dogbanes) - it looks so familiar but I can't quite place the name....
