This plant is called 'Crystal sedge' in Korea, but I couldn't find any plant with such english common name. Please help identifying this plant.
it could be a variegated liriope. does it put out flowers?? lirope flowers are on a stalk and are usually blue in color and there are multiple flowers on the stalk...seed pods about the size of a pea form after the flower is done.
Please can you post a close up pic of the leaf edges. They look kind of fluffy/crystaline....not sure if if I am imagining it or nor. Have you seen flowers on it? Thanks Luddite.
Unfortunately, I have never seen it blooming before. However, I don't think it is a Liriope, as it has somewhat crystalline leaf edges. You are correct about the leaf edges. They are somewhat crystalline. However, It would be difficult for me to provide additional pictures, as the picture is not mine(I got permission to post it here), and it was the only picture the photographer took. But I think you can see more pictures of this plant on this page - http://blog.daum.net/kym2236/8910140
Thank you Moon kyu Lee for the extra pics. Not Liriope, shape of leaf wrong. I hadn't realised the scale on your 1st pics... it is tiny. Looking at it again, I should have realised cos' it is next to Ficus pumila variegata! Really interesting leaf. I cannot help more, but hope someone will be able to put a name to it. Keep us posted please.
