    Hello,
My new rental property in North Texas, USA has three large (15-20 feet) and one small (10 feet?) tree like those shown below. The fruit is about 1 inch or 2.5 centimeters long. My landlord thinks they might be Japanese crabapple trees but was not certain. They did not flower this spring. Any ideas?

The red clump is the only one on any of the trees. The rest are still green.

Two jujube trees with something else in the middle picture. It's not a Japanese crabapple either. You can eat the fruits of the jujubes, that is what people plant these trees for.
